Pole
Beginner Pole

Your pole journey starts along with other people who are also complete beginners. People from all walks of life, different shapes, and sizes, ages and personalities.
We often hear, but I need to be fit to start Pole and that is not the case. This is where we get you fit. This is where you start to achieve those fitness goals and have fun at the same time.
During your 8 week course you will warm up and learn pole moves, spins, transitions and strength work as well as learning to climb the pole and invert and a cool down at the end of each class.
On week 8 you will learn a beginner level Dance Routine and express that new-found confidence.
Intermediate Prep

You are becoming more familiar with your pole now so it’s time to build on the skills you’ve already acquired.
It’s time to join those moves together and create some combo’s which will build stamina and strength.
Climbing and inverting is a vital part of your foundation training and building correct technique is extremely important. Investing in some casual classes will also help build your strength and coming to practice sessions is highly recommended.
Intermediate 1
You’ll be noticing some changes is your body and you’ll be feeling a lot stronger as you enter Intermediate 1.
This course is introducing you to basic handstands on the pole and more complex inversions, combo’s and pole-sits.
In this course we build your shoulder strength through some basic yoga inversions and more intense core strength training on the pole. Investing in your own pole for home is also a good idea.
Intermediate 2
Feeling strong and fit entering intermediate 2 as you progress to more complex tricks requiring more strength and agility.
Incorporating the use of other props and equipment to help with positioning and working on technique lines and fluidity.
We also introduce spin pole during this course and lots of new aerial tricks to add to your repertoire.
We highly recommend taking up a second course at this point on your pole journey.
Intermediate 3
Moves are becoming more intricate in this course and require further strength in your upper body and more core stability.
Combo’s become more complex and transitioning through tricks requires more control especially in entrances and exits and you are carefully guided as you progress.
Taking up a Yoga Trapeze class is highly recommended for increasing your upper body strength and core strength.
Intermediate 4
You are well on your way to becoming an aerial ninja but before we completely defy gravity in our advanced levels let’s make sure your technique is looking good.
Lines and fluidity and especially making sure those toes are pointed with some fancy footwork to boot.
Working more intricately with our movement and flow and working higher up our pole and combining more creative dance, floor work, and transitions, it’s all about the combo’s.
Advanced Prep

This is a foundation course and a giant step up from Intermediate levels.
Advanced levels require balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance and you are well on your way after completing the Intermediate levels.
We work through different grips, safe progressions focusing on aerial inverts, shoulder mounts and handspring prep. Your style of pole will be evolving organically as will your fluidity.
Advanced Levels 1-6

You are seriously scaling up that pole. You’ve accomplished Advanced prep and you are ready.
Higher level tricks, building even more strength, more intricate combos joining tricks together in creative sequences, handsprings increasing your flexibility and so much more.
You are seriously committed to your pole journey now. Attending 2 to 3 classes a week is recommended if you can.
